David Leon Starr is an American stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series driving the #08 car for SS-Green Light Racing. During his professional career, David has raced in the Camping World Truck Series – where he is a four-time race winner – and the NASCAR Cup Series. He is also the owner of Team Texas High Performance Driving School, where corporate and private citizens can experience driving real stock cars at high speed in a safe environment. David lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife and two sons.
